Terms of Service
Effective November 5, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Brad Alan McBee, an individual (sole proprietor) located in Iowa, United States, who provides Calendrow ("we", "us"). Calendrow means the Google Sheets add-on and the website calendrow.com. By installing or using Calendrow, you agree to these terms. If you use Calendrow for an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
1. What Calendrow does
Calendrow creates and updates Google Calendar events from rows in a Google Sheet, at your direction. You are responsible for the content of your sheets and events, and for reviewing the preview before you sync.
2. Plans
The free plan includes the features and monthly limits described on the pricing page. Paid plans add features and limits as described there. We may change plans and prices for future billing periods, with notice before any change applies to a paid subscription you already have.
3. Payment, renewal and cancellation
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout.
- You can cancel any time from the link in your receipt or at paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your account returns to the free plan.
- Refunds are covered by our refund policy (30-day money-back guarantee).
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Calendrow to:
- break the law or anyone's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
- send spam or carry out fraud;
- interfere with or try to break the security of Calendrow, Google's services or other users, including through malware, probing, scraping or reverse engineering beyond what the law allows;
- get around plan limits, resell Calendrow, or use it in a way that harms other users or the service.
5. Your data
Your spreadsheets and calendars stay yours. Calendrow processes them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
6. Our intellectual property
We own Calendrow, its software, name and logo. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Calendrow under these terms. Google, Google Sheets and Google Calendar are trademarks of Google LLC; Calendrow is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
7. Availability
We work to keep Calendrow reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Calendrow depends on Google services we do not control, and Google's own limits and outages may affect it. We may change or improve features over time.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Calendrow at any time. We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or a security risk, or repeated or serious violations. Where reasonable, we will tell you first.
9. Disclaimer
Calendrow is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Please keep your own copy of important schedules.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Calendrow is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post changes here with a new effective date, and give paid subscribers notice of material changes. If you keep using Calendrow after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
