If Calendrow isn't right for you, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase or renewal and you'll get a full refund. No reason needed.
How to request a refund
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order with the email you used at checkout, or use the link in your receipt; or
- email [email protected] with the email address you purchased with.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
After 30 days
Contact us. We'll look at every request fairly, and refunds after 30 days may be given at our discretion.
Cancelling
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. To get money back for the current period, request a refund as described above.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the law where you live, including the right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU, EEA and UK, which Paddle administers under its refund policy.
